Riverside Dalmarnock honoured with industry award
Phase three of Riverside Dalmarnock, a partnership project between Link and McTaggart Construction, won Age Exclusive Development of the Year at the Scottish Home Awards 2024.
Riverside Dalmarnock previously won the Architecture: Regeneration award at the Scottish Design Awards 2022, Affordable Housing Development of the Year, and Housing Regeneration Project of the Year at the Homes for Scotland Awards 2022.

Riverside Dalmarnock is a mixed tenure development of 562 new homes by Link Group in partnership with Laurel Homes. It will provide a mixture of homes for affordable rent, New Supply Shared Equity (NSSE) purchase, mid-market rent (MMR), and private purchase.
Phase three of the development provides 32 homes for general needs affordable rent, 48 affordable rented homes for retirement living, and 49 homes for MMR.
Riverside Dalmarnock has been funded by Link, the Scottish Government and Glasgow City Council.
