Our works planners operating the digital scheduling system ensure work requests are tracked dynamically through to completion, maximising operative effectiveness by planning works within a locality and minimising unnecessary travel.

Managing our transport fleet sustainably is essential in meeting C~urb’s aims and we are transitioning to Electric over the fleet lifecycle, with Plug-in Hybrid EV and full EVs, as vehicle battery performance and charging infrastructure improves. 

We also provide a one-stop-shop approach to Adaptations, from our specialist in-house team working with OT requests, providing design advice and delivering bespoke works by our skilled and highly experienced operatives. 

We currently provide high quality, customer-focused maintenance services to more than 15,000 tenants and 7,000 factored customers, for RSLs: Link, Horizon and Larkfield, along with hundreds of private landlords.
