You  will   receive  your rent  payments  quarterly in advance, even if  the   tenant doesn’t pay or the  property is empty  through no fault of your own ,  eliminating costly void periods and   giving you a reliable source of income.

Long term lease

PSL leases are for a period of three or  five years, so your property income is secured ,   allowing for  long term  capital growth . 

Tenant damage cover

C~urb PSL  will  repair any damage to  your  property ,  beyond fair wear and tear , free of charge.   The cost of tenant evictions  is also covered.

Unlike most  traditional letting agents, we don’t charge a fee for our property management service  and have no hidden  costs , so you know exactly what your  rental  income will be.   

Regular tenancy visits

What is Private Sector Leasing?     

Private Sector Leasing (PSL) was established in 2005   by the   City of Edinburgh Council  to provide much-needed housing for individuals and families facing homelessness Through the scheme,   properties are leased from private landlords and property investors for three or five years and sublet to those in need of housing under a Scottish Short Secure Tenancy (SSST).
