Riverside Dalmarnock will provide a mixture of homes for New Supply Shared Equity (NSSE) purchase, mid market rent (MMR), affordable rent and private purchase.
Funded in partnership by Link, the Scottish Government and Glasgow City Council.

Riverside Dalmarnock Phase 3
Following the completion of Phases 1 and 2, Riverside Dalmarnock Phase 3 will provide 32 homes for general needs affordable rent, 48 homes for retirement housing affordable rent and 49 homes for mid-market rent.
Phase 3 has now reached completion in full, as of March 2024. Further information on Phase 4 will be released once site start commences.
